Seabassing by boat

Our local surfbreaker is located right here in Fukuoka city. The best way to get to it is by boat taxi. This service runs from April to December providing year long fishing opportunities. Our target is once again the Japanese sesbass or suzuki. Fishing out on the breaker can be either hit or miss. Some days they're biting like crazy and others hits are few and far between. Of course that's the way fishing goes right?

Our methods have two choices. We can either use lures or live shrimp. It's really up to you and what you want to use. If you like you can also bottom fish for kissu (whiting) or flat fish.

The Gear

• Rods: 8-11 foot.
• Reels: Spinning reels 3,000 - 4,000 class.
• Main line: 12-14 lb braided line. Leaders 6-20lb.
• Lures: poppers, sinking/floating minnow plugs, metal jigs, vibration and soft plastic minnow/jigs. All lures raging in sizes from 7-40 grams
• Bait, live shrimps

Policy

1. We require a deposit before a charter is confirmed of atleast $100USD
2. All deposits can be made 90 days before a reservation.
3. You can cancel your charter to receive your deposit but it must be within 48 hours of your charter date.
4. All deposits are made via credit card (PAYPAL)
5. On the day of the charter, payments can be paid via cash or prior with PAYPAL.
